Kerry Flanagan-Owen has an extensive background in education and curriculum development. At the Bill of Rights Institute, Kerry excelled in managing digital education projects, redesigning curricular programs, and cultivating new partnerships. Previously, at the Pasadena Independent School District, Kerry coordinated social studies curriculum, implemented project-based learning, and provided professional development support to teachers and school administrators. With a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, Kerry's dedication and expertise have positively impacted educational programs and student achievement.
