Tracey Downey

Tracey Downey is a freelance writer and professional development instructor at the Bill of Rights Institute. Tracey is also an adjunct professor at Polk State College and has been an educator with the Polk County School Board for over ten years. Tracey previously worked as an Entertainment Coordinator and Performer at Walt Disney World for over 25 years. With a Master of Arts in History from Liberty University, Tracey has been dedicated to history education and teaching for many years.
