Michal Vrba

Michal Vrba is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and engineering. Currently employed at BILLA Slovakia since January 2017, Michal oversees project management tasks including budget preparation, time management, cost control, and supervision of construction works in collaboration with contractors and subcontractors. Previous experience includes roles at PM Group as a construction manager, where Michal monitored project documentation and quality, and at Ruukki, serving as project manager and site manager, focusing on project acquisition and construction coordination. Michal's career also encompassed project management roles at BONAS Slovakia and Keraming, demonstrating skills in contractor selection, project scheduling, and safety compliance. An alum of the University of Zilina, Michal holds an Ing. degree in structural engineering and civil engineering.
