Shira Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shira started their career as a Marketing Intern at Conjunxion in 2006. Shira then worked at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment as an Account Executive before joining Ora TV in 2012 as a Director of Business Development. At Ora TV, they were responsible for developing and negotiating partnerships to increase content discovery and audience engagement. In 2016, they joined Billboard & The Hollywood Reporter, where they held various roles such as Director of Partnerships, Senior Director of Video Programming & Distribution, and AVP of Video Strategy and Development. In their roles, they established video syndication business, secured co-productions and funding for original series, and oversaw the distribution of original content on various platforms. Currently, Shira is serving as the Vice President of Video at Billboard, a role they started in 2023.
Shira Brown attended Syracuse University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued their MBA in Marketing at Baruch College.
