Mohamed Humthan

Mohamed Humthan possesses extensive experience in the IT support and network operations fields. Currently serving as a NOC Engineer (L2) at Billed Right since August 2022, responsibilities include monitoring Datto RMM and utilizing ConnectWise ticketing tools for backup support. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked at SFFECO Global as an IT Support Engineer from April 2019 to August 2022, focusing on the installation and configuration of Windows Server 2012 and 2008 R2, along with managing Symantec Endpoint Protection. Earlier experience includes positions as a Customer Support Engineer with Murugappa Group and Net Access India Limited, where tasks involved IT tracker handling, device configuration, asset maintenance, and user support. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai, obtained in 2014.
