Adrian Bednarz

Adrian Bednarz currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Operations at Billennium, a position held since October 2025, where responsibilities include leading the transformation and global scaling of the Talent Operations function. Prior to this role, Adrian was the Senior Manager of Global Talent Operations Shared Services at SoftServe from October 2020 to October 2025, overseeing six specialized teams that provided critical talent operations services across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, with a focus on strategic growth and operational efficiency. Earlier career experiences include roles at Head Resourcing as an IT Recruitment Consultant, Koncepcja Recruitment Agency as a Recruitment and International Cooperation Consultant, and various marketing and UI specialist positions at AG Aluminium, NIEMCHEM.COM, Amazon Development Centre Scotland, and IKEA Group. Adrian holds a BA in Communication, Advertising and PR from Edinburgh Napier University and a NQ in Media Technology from Stevenson College Edinburgh.
