Nina Nourafrouz

Nina Nourafrouz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nina is currently the Managing Director at Billennium GmbH, overseeing regional services and leading the establishment and growth of the German branch. Nina is also responsible for founding companies in the Nordics and Switzerland and handles financial, legal, partner, proposal, and delivery aspects. Prior to this, Nina was the Chief Operating Officer at Billennium.

Nina is also a Research Fellow at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, where they focus on advancing sustainability in the corporate world through innovative approaches. Nina'sresearch involves developing novel concepts for assessing the sustainability of production companies using Process Mining.

Before joining FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, Nina worked at NCR Corporation as the Head of Professional Services for the Netherlands, Nordics, and Baltics. Nina was also involved in Branch Transformation and Digital Services in the Financial Services sector at NCR Corporation.

Nina's earlier experience includes working as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Twente, as well as holding positions in Business Development at ISS GmbH & Co. Kg and Marketing and Sales Support ECO Internship at BASF. Nina also has experience in Branch Management at BESTSELLER HANDELS B.V. and Internal Sales at EuroDev BV.

Nina Nourafrouz earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences in the years 2008 to 2009. Nina then went on to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014. Nina continued their education at the University of Twente, obtaining a Pre-Master degree in Business Administration from 2014 to 2015. Finally, they completed their Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Twente in 2016, graduating with honors (Cum Laude).
