Tomasz Kot

Tomasz Kot has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Tomasz worked as a Business Stream Director at Billennium, starting in 2013. Tomasz also served as the Podcast Host for the "Rozmowy Odkodowane" podcast. In their role as the Senior Competence (Mobile) Center Manager, Tomasz managed a team of mobile developers, provided mentorship to young managers, and prioritized user needs. Tomasz then transitioned to the role of Mobile Solutions Center Manager, where they managed Billennium's Mobile Solutions Center and the Bytom Delivery Center. Prior to their managerial roles, Tomasz served as a Technical Team Lead and Senior Software Developer, managing a team of .NET programmers in Bytom and serving as a technical lead in Bilo. Tomasz also worked as an R&D Software Engineer, primarily developing a BPM class product. Before joining Billennium, Tomasz was a .NET/SPA Developer at a pharmaceutical company and a Software Developer at LocalEyes Ltd., where they focused on developing a CRM and ERP system.

Tomasz Kot received their MSc in Electronics and Telecommunication from The Silesian University of Technology between 2005 and 2010. Tomasz has also acquired additional certifications including Change Management Foundation from APMG International (obtained in 2022), PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert (obtained in 2018), and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT (obtained in 2017).
