Vikas Ranjan has a strong background in project management and service delivery. Vikas started their career at Dell International Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Lead Development in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Vikas then moved to Atos, where they served as a Technical Project Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Billennium as a Service Delivery Manager and later took on the role of India Delivery Center Manager from 2019 to 2021. Vikas is currently serving as the Managing Director at Billennium since September 2021.
Vikas Ranjan obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering (MCA) from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University in the years 2002-2005. In 2018, they acquired an ITIL® Expert Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
