Rafael Kattán

Rafael Kattán has a diverse work experience. Rafael started their career at Star Motors as an intern in 2017. Later, they joined Uassist.ME where they held the roles of a Research Analyst from June 2017 to April 2021 and a Team Leader from January 2020 to April 2021. In 2021, they joined Biller Genie as an Onboarding Specialist, where they were responsible for various tasks including keeping Salesforce and Hubspot updated, managing Salesforce reports, reviewing applications, setting up gateways, and converting deals into sales. Rafael also created and improved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Operations team. Additionally, they are currently working as an Onboarding Specialist at OSI (Outsourcing Services International) since 2021.
