Josh Mapes

Josh Mapes currently serves as the E4 Paper Machine Coordinator at Billerud since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the operation of the Paper Machine and Re-reeler for the E4 line. Prior to this role, Josh worked at Verso Corporation for over three years, holding positions such as E1 Finishing Coordinator and E4 OMC, managing various aspects of paper machine operation and maintenance. Earlier experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer 1 at C. G. Bretting Manufacturing Co., Inc., internships in quality and product engineering at Nexteer Automotive, and foundational work as a machinist at J&R Tool and Die Inc. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, completed in 2017.
