Tobias Auchli is the current Director at BillerudKorsnäs. Prior to this, they were with Verlumenda SA and Nestle S.A. where they served as the Head of R&D and Innovation for the Global Ice Cream Business.
At Nestle, Tobias led a team that developed product pipelines for key brands such as HÄAGEN-DAZS, SKINNY COW, DREYER'S, EXTRÊME, MÖVENPICK, DRUMSTICK, NESTLÉ and NESCAFÉ FRAPPÉLATTE in 29 markets. Tobias also implemented a differentiated, focused innovation, technology, R&D and nutrition strategy for the global Nestlé Ice Cream brands portfolio.
Under Tobias's leadership, the Ice Cream brands innovation portfolio was transformed and focused, and development success rates were increased, innovation profitability (top global 30 innovations +550bps) was improved, and time-to-market was reduced. Tobias also drove the first global launches of Ice Cream innovations achieving high double digit shares and profit in all of the 29 markets.
Tobias has a proven track record in leading and changing organizational culture and values towards a high performance team embracing lean principles that delivers competitive and consumer centric innovations on time and on target.
Tobias Auchli attended the Program for Executive Development at IMD, earning a Master's degree in International Management, Marketing and Finance from the University of St.Gallen. Tobias also completed the Executive Leadership Program at London Business School and the Creating & Transforming Corporate Cultures program at Bertelsmann Foundation. In addition, they have completed executive development programs at Tsinghua University and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
