Lauren Pepper

Lauren Pepper is the current Director of Packaging at Billie. Lauren has over 9 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, having worked previously as Global Supply Chain Operations for Glossier, Inc., Packaging Development for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and MAC Cosmetics. Lauren began their career in packaging development as an intern for Estee Lauder Companies Inc., where they eventually rose to the position of Packaging Development before leaving to join Glossier. At Billie, Lauren is responsible for overseeing all aspects of packaging development, from initial design to final production.

They work with Julia Nimocks - Director of Operations and Product Development, Jonathan Cespedes - Head of Finance and Accounting, and Andres Marcos - Director of Operations. Lauren Pepper reports to Georgina Gooley, Co-Founder.
