Michael Smith

Michael Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Michael began their career in 2013 as an Implementation Consultant at SpeechStorm, where they designed and supported IVR applications. In 2014, they joined Genesys as a Consultant in Professional Services, providing UAT support and implementing Genesys cloud products. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Consultant, leading design workshops and implementing solutions for clients in industries such as aviation, telecom, insurance, healthcare, and banking. From 2018 to 2020, Michael worked at Oroson, leading business intelligence and customer success, creating customer journey reports and suggesting product enhancements. Michael is currently working at Billigence as a Senior Data Governance Consultant, driving client success by enabling workshops and developing the Collibra Operating Model for clients.

Michael Smith completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Spatial Regeneration from Queen's University Belfast, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
