Alfonso Martínez Rodera has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alfonso began their career in 2002 as an "Administrador de sistemas informáticos" at Autocares Lucitur, where they were responsible for the administration, implementation, management, and maintenance of computer systems. In 2004, they worked as a "Profesor de esquí" at CDI Esquiones, teaching skiing and organizing groups.

In 2005, Alfonso worked as a "Técnico antenista, responsable de almacén" at Electronica Gilmar. Alfonso then joined Tecnocom in 2007, where they had multiple roles, including "Operador de soporte y Técnico de Soporte" for Giss, reducing penalizations by 60% through their support and maintenance work. Alfonso also worked as a "Técnico de campo" providing support and maintenance of routing and switching for various telecom companies. Additionally, they were involved in the maintenance and preventive actions for seismic VSAT stations for the IGN.

In 2019, Alfonso worked as a TA (Teacher Assistant) at Ironhack, teaching web development technologies and conducting technical interviews. Alfonso also coordinated student projects. Most recently, they joined Billin Spain in 2020 as a Full Stack Developer.

In 2018, they attended a bootcamp at Ironhack, focusing on Web Development. Alfonso obtained a certification from Ironhack in January 2019 for successfully completing the Web Development Bootcamp they attended in October 2018.
