Kathi Crook

Kathi Crook has been working in the medical billing industry for over 20 years. Kathi started their career as a billing clerk and has since held many different positions within the field. For the past 10 years, they have been working as a senior billing manager at Medical Healthcare Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the billing department and acted as a liaison between the hospital and the company. In August 2006, they left Medical Healthcare Solutions to join Billing Advantage, Inc. as the director of client services. In this position, they are responsible for managing the company's clients and providing them with billing support.

Kathi Crook received a B.A. in biology from Regis College.

They are on a team with Donna Whipple - President, Cherylann Beaulieu - Director, Operations. Their manager is Rick Kaufman, CEO.
