Sivakumar Sadayappan

Sivakumar Sadayappan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Sivakumar is currently the Managing Director of BillingParadise 24x7 Inc., where they lead business development and strategic partnerships in the North American Healthcare Revenue cycle Industry. Additionally, they have successfully acquired three RCM and Healthcare consulting companies last year in Minnesota and Texas.

In 2019, Sivakumar also served as the Vice Chair of NATIVELEAD, a platform that connects empowered natives of various small towns with aspiring entrepreneurs from the region. Through this platform, they facilitated investments of expertise, knowledge, contacts, and resources in order to support small-town entrepreneurs and promote inclusive socio-economic growth.

In previous roles, Sivakumar held the position of CMO at CaptioningStar, where they worked for 15 years and served numerous media clients. Sivakumar also served as the CEO of iSource IT Enabled Services Private Limited, where they focused on business development and successfully managed a middle management team across four locations in India.

Furthermore, Sivakumar has been actively involved in Rotary International, serving as the Director of International Services at the Rotary Club of Madras North and as a District Official for Rotary Dt. 3230. Sivakumar has also worked as the Director of Marketing at Elmaq Ebusiness Private Limited and as a Sales Manager at Rational Software.

Sivakumar's early experience includes working as a Business Development Manager at Tnagar.com, where they managed web solutions, IT training business, and launched innovative portals. Sivakumar also worked as a Management Trainee at FinTrack Systems Inc.

Sivakumar Sadayappan received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American College, Madurai in 1994. Sivakumar then pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, completing it in 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Commerce at St Marrys Higher Secondary School from 1989 to 1991. In addition, they attended the Sports Authority of India from 1987 to 1990, specializing in Basketball. Sivakumar Sadayappan also obtained a certification as an NLP Practitioner from NFNLP in 2019.
