Jody Haines, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as the Director of Telehealth Services and the Eastern Montana Telemedicine Network at Billings Clinic, focusing on improving healthcare in Montana and Wyoming. Haines holds several leadership positions, including Vice Chair of the Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource Center and President of the Montana Telehealth Alliance. As Founding Principal of Upstream Health Innovation, Haines is influential in advancing health innovation. Involved with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2010, Haines has held the roles of Regent for the State of Montana and has served as Vice President and President. Previous roles include Director of System Telehealth at Benefis Health System and Director of Innovation & Population Health at Alluvion Health. Haines has an Executive Master's in Health Administration from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Digital Health from Harvard University.
