Jon Sheppard is an experienced commercial director with a strong background in the food sector, having held leadership positions at notable companies such as Billington Foods, DALEHEAD FOODS LIMITED, and Greencore, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial strategies and sales operations. With a career spanning over two decades, Jon has also served as a management consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young, along with prior experience as a purchasing manager at Rover Group. Jon Sheppard holds a degree in Hotel & Catering Management from Manchester Polytechnic.
