Mimi Choi has held various roles in the fashion industry, starting as an intern at Wicked Fashions, Inc., Polina Fashion LLC, and Model Lounge before moving on to a fabrics internship at Michael Kors. Currently, Mimi is the Chief of Staff at Billionaire Boys Club & Ice Cream LLC, where Mimi also serves as the Director of Special Projects, Director of Brand Partnerships, Director of Digital Marketing, and Manager of E-Commerce & Product Development. Additionally, Mimi has experience in customer service and e-commerce management. Mimi holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design.
