Cynthia Shwe

Cynthia Shwe currently serves as the Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator at BillionToOne, a position held since February 2023, following her role as Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to this, Cynthia worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Blend from November 2020 to January 2023, supporting various teams. Previous experience includes roles at Highfive as a Recruiting Specialist and Coordinator, and at Planview, Inc. as a Sales Representative during its acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Cynthia’s early career featured positions as an Account Executive at Yelp, where client acquisition was a focus, and as an intern in Music Marketing/Public Relations at KAOS Music & Entertainment, and in Real Estate and Marketing at Concept Real Estate Group, LLC. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University.
