Currently serving as the Director of Lab Operations at BillionToOne since April 2020, Kitty previously held the role of Associate Director, Clinical Operations, demonstrating strong leadership in clinical settings. Prior experience includes managerial responsibilities in clinical operations at Guardant Health and roles as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Millennium Health and Sequenom. Kitty's early career involved critical laboratory training at UC Irvine Health and innovative work as a Chemist II at Inova Diagnostics, where significant contributions were made to the development and optimization of diagnostic devices.
