Marlee Meek

Marlee Meek serves as a Clinical Laboratory Associate II in Oncology at BillionToOne since May 2024, following a diverse academic and professional background in biological sciences and research. Prior experience includes roles such as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC Berkeley's Rausser College of Natural Resources, where Marlee executed molecular and horticultural procedures and mentored students. Additional experience encompasses working as a Laboratory Technician at UC Berkeley, conducting DNA analyses, and contributing as a Curatorial Assistant at The University & Jepson Herbaria, assisting in botanical research. Marlee's foundational experiences include horticultural support at UC Botanical Garden, leadership in high school journalism and environmental clubs, and tutoring at Kumon North America. Marlee holds degrees in Genetics and Plant Biology and Molecular Environmental Biology from UC Berkeley.
