Cecilia Frizell

Cecilia Frizell has been working in the recruitment and HR field since 2013. Cecilia began at Groupon Sverige as a Recruiter and HR Coordinator in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Consid AB as a Tech Recruiter, where they were also temporarily responsible for HR in the northern region from 2015. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Salesgroup, recruiting positions within sales and management primarily to tech companies and IT consultancy firms. Cecilia is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Billogram.

Cecilia Frizell completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business and Economics with a focus on Organization and Change Management from Lund University between 2009 and 2013. During 2011-2012, they were an ERASMUS Exchange student at the University of Leeds. Additionally, Cecilia Frizell obtained a DISC certification from Ensize International AB in October 2018 and a TalentQ certification from TalentQ Nordic in May 2017.
