Cesar Sangchi

Cesar Sangchi is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading companies. As Co-Founder of Astea since January 2023, Cesar focuses on investing in and planning undeveloped land for residential communities. Since March 2010, Cesar has served as Co-Founder and Board member of Billogram, a company dedicated to transforming billing into a positive customer experience through digitally shared invoices. Additionally, as Founder of Winloria Invest, initiated in February 2009, Cesar actively seeks and invests in disruptive ventures. Previously, from March 2007 to April 2009, Cesar co-founded Webbentus, a web agency for small and medium-sized businesses, which was later acquired by Scandinavian Marknadsmedia.
