Linda Giacomozzi, PhD is an experienced professional with a background in data science, machine learning, and atomic physics. Linda began their career in 2008 as a Museum Assistant at MUSE - Museo delle Scienze. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a High School Teacher in Physics and Math at Centro studi Walter. From 2014 to 2019, they were a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at Stockholms universitet. Most recently, they worked at Ericsson from 2019 to 2020 as a Machine Learning Researcher, where they implemented machine learning models in signal processing algorithms for a 5G project. Linda also studied possible solutions in the context of the first physical layer with the purpose to reduce the PAPR value. Additionally, they had experience with Deep neural networks, Autoencoders, and Long-Short Memory Term models by employing Tensorflow in Keras environment. In 2020, they began working at Billogram as a Data Scientist and Data Analyst.
Linda Giacomozzi, PhD obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Università di Trento in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Physics from the same university in 2014. Linda then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Atomic/Molecular Physics from Stockholm University in 2019.
