Roberto Lomeli began their work experience in 2010 at SICMEXT | Servicios Integrados de Comercio Exterior, where they served as an International Buyer from August 2010 to January 2012. Following this, they joined HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management in 2012 as an Analyst of Financial Operations until March 2014. Roberto then transitioned to the role of BPI Analyst | Internet Banking from March 2014 to March 2015. In 2016, Roberto joined Billpocket, assuming the position of Customer Success Specialist until July 2019. Roberto then advanced to become a Customer Success Manager until December 2021. Currently, Roberto is employed at Billpocket as an Operations Specialist, starting in December 2021.
Roberto Lomeli pursued their education at the Universidad de Guadalajara from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales (International Relations). In addition to their degree, Roberto also obtained a certification in Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo (Leadership and Teamwork) from LinkedIn in September 2019.
