Jill Pickett is an experienced restaurant professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the General Manager at Bill's Restaurants since June 2017, Jill has demonstrated expertise in restaurant management and operations. Previously, Jill owned and directed a fine dining establishment, Restaurant two to four, from July 2011 to April 2017. Further experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager and Internal Company Auditor at Elite Restaurant and Tragus Group Holdings Limited, respectively, as well as senior management positions at Cafe Rouge and Partners Restaurants. Jill's foundation in the industry began with hands-on roles, including Head Chef and Central Cash Supervisor, complemented by education at Merton College from 1986 to 1988.
