Job description
As a Sales Executive DACH, you will develop and support strategic relationships with Strategic Enterprise Accounts to drive the adoption of Billtrust products and services. This position will provide strategic direction and future commercial leadership potential in Billtrust’s ambition to become a leading provider of Finance Business Automation solutions. What You'll Do:
- Create leads, build pipeline, and drive deal flow to close net new business with strategic enterprise accounts
- Call on potential accounts that marketing has referred as prospects
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Ops to manage leads and drive deal flow
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that convey the value proposition of our solutions
- Provide feedback to Product, Professional Services, and other teams for process and product improvements
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Exceptional executive selling skills and demonstrated success in establishing and managing relationships at various levels: 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience selling Software-as-a-Service; O2C, Payments, credit management (AR/AP), ERP, and/or FinTech experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to understand enterprise solutions and manage a complex (international) sales cycle
- Proven track record of growing company revenue and exceeding assigned goals
- An understanding of a multi-stakeholder sales environment that involves multiple products and departments, as well as a strong grasp of various sales methodologies such as Solution Selling, Sandler, or Miller Heiman
- Strong presentation skills, both in-person and online via webinars
- Attentiveness to detail and advanced listening skills
- A continuous learner with technical curiosity and an interest in the payments/AR ecosystem
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well within a distributed, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce or similar tools
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Fluency in English and German
- Comfort with up to 25% travel
