Daniel Erskine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and client services within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Architect at Billtrust since September 2013, Daniel has held various roles including Solutions Analyst, Production Systems Engineer, and Client Service Specialist, where expertise in product implementations, technical support, and systems performance monitoring has been demonstrated. Prior to Billtrust, Daniel worked at Brandwise as a Corporate Trainer and Support Technician Tier II, providing comprehensive training and multi-tiered support to clients across North America.
