Dillan Brierley has extensive work experience in the field of technology and management. Dillan started their career at MAM Software in 2015 as a Professional Services Consultant, where they managed and implemented projects for customers across the US and maintained customer relationships. Dillan also provided high-quality customer service and created documentation and training materials. During their time at MAM Software, they implemented over half a million dollars worth of product.

In 2018, Dillan joined Billtrust as an Associate Solutions Analyst and gradually progressed to the role of Solutions Analyst. In these roles, they performed analysis and resolution for assigned cases, identified opportunities for process improvement and automation, and assisted in managing overall prioritizations between different projects.

In 2019, Dillan became an Implementation Architect at Billtrust, and in 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Implementation Architect. In these roles, they developed solutions to improve the turn-around time and quality of the team's output, worked with the team manager to assign cases and resources efficiently, and identified opportunities to enhance processes, automation, and tools within the team.

Currently, Dillan Brierley works at Billtrust as a Team Lead, where they support the team manager by performing management duties and managing and triaging cases assigned to the team's queues. Dillan continues to develop solutions, improve processes, and ensure timely and high-quality resolution of assigned cases.

Dillan Brierley attended Temple University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Dillan obtained various LinkedIn certifications throughout the years, primarily focused on programming and web development. Some of these certifications include "8 Git Commands You Should Know," "Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2019," "Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Essential Training," and others. These LinkedIn certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2023, with a range of topics such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, and JSON.
