EJ Zhang currently holds the position of Director of Value Creation at Billtrust since May 2025. Prior to this role, EJ Zhang served as Director of Business Operations at Pair Team, where responsibilities included various managerial roles. Experience includes a consulting position at Bain & Company, focusing on B2B commercial excellence and growth strategies, as well as a Senior Consultant role at SBI, specializing in revenue growth strategies for PE-backed upper-middle market companies. EJ Zhang co-founded Get Consulted, a pro bono consulting platform aimed at enhancing the social impact of nonprofits, and has held senior consulting positions at Capgemini and Kahua. Earlier career experience includes an internship at PROS in pricing and revenue management. EJ Zhang earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a minor in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
