Additionally, Stefan holds Board Observer roles at Iconia Group and Pinsami S.r.l. since early 2024. Stefan's prior experience includes a managerial position at Porsche Consulting from January 2017 to June 2023, and a role in the Operations Practice at McKinsey & Company from April 2015 to September 2016. Earlier professional engagements include technology and innovation management at TUM School of Management and special projects in purchasing and supplier networks at BMW Group South Africa. Stefan holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and has studied at the Technical University of Munich, LUT University, EDHEC Business School, and Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt.
