Elizabeth Koestner Cspo

Elizabeth Koestner has over 20 years of work experience, primarily at IBM and its spinoff company Kyndryl. Elizabeth started their career in 1998 as a Customer Support Representative at IBM and later became a Team Lead. From 2005 to 2021, they worked as a Global Asset Management Transition and Transformation Solution Project Manager, responsible for coordinating projects to implement IT Asset Management processes. In 2015, they also took on the role of Product Owner, focusing on product development. In 2021, they joined Kyndryl as a Product Owner and then transitioned to the role of Commercial Product Manager at Billtrust.

Elizabeth Koestner, CSPO, PMP graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DePaul University in 2002. Elizabeth obtained their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2016. In March 2019, they also became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance.
