Frank Hoffman has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Frank began their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative at Digital Commerce Corporation, providing application training and technical support to a large number of end-users. Frank then moved on to work at Advertising Specialty Institute, where they started and managed the company's first Quality Assurance and Software Testing department. In this role, they directed and managed the department's operational and tactical activities, including resource allocation, performance reviews, and evaluating third-party testing solutions.

As a QA Delivery Manager, they directed, managed, and led multiple teams of software engineers, manual and automation test engineers. Frank also worked as a DevOps Manager, overseeing sprint deployments to production and leading retrospective meetings to address issues. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, analyzing processes and system functionality, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders. As a Scrum Master, they facilitated agile ceremonies and coordinated sprint retrospective sessions.
Frank's most recent position is at Billtrust, where they serve as a Senior Manager of Test Automation. In this role, they manage and leads multiple teams across various business streams, defining QA practices, strategizing and managing test automation initiatives for front-end, message queue, and microservice technologies.

Frank Hoffman attended Dale Carnegie in 2007 for Leadership Training for Managers. In 1996, they enrolled at Widener University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000. Frank majored in Business Administration with a minor in Management Information Systems.
