Jennifer Coleman

Jennifer Coleman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer began their career at Proformance Insurance Co. in 2002, working as a Personal Lines Underwriter until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they joined The Philadelphia Contributionship as a Regional Production Underwriter. In 2010, Jennifer joined Billtrust and held various positions throughout their tenure. Jennifer started as a Customer Support Team Lead and transitioned to become a Lead Technical Coordinator in 2014. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Manager - Application Support, and later in 2020, they became a Senior Engagement Manager. Currently, Jennifer is employed at Billtrust as an Engagement Director since 2022. Jennifer has demonstrated expertise and progression in their roles, showcasing their dedication and ability to adapt to new responsibilities in the field.

Jennifer Coleman attended York College of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they earned a Certified ScrumMaster certification from ScrumAlliance in May 2016 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from MoreSteam University in February 2014.
