Mourad Karib

Mourad Karib has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and engineering. Mourad has recently worked as a Data Solutions Architect at Billwerk+, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Engineer at tiko Energy Solutions from March 2022 to May 2023, where they were responsible for designing and implementing data platforms using technologies such as Airflow, MLFlow, Kafka, and AWS. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Data Scientist and a Data Scientist at Fairhomes, where they developed machine learning models and implemented end-to-end data science architecture. Mourad also has experience as a Data Engineer at Orphazyme A/S, where they helped digitize processes and implemented data infrastructure using Azure technologies. Additionally, they have worked as a Teaching Assistant at IT-Universitetet i København and as a Junior Data Analyst at bmetric. Mourad started their career as an IT Student Assistant - Data Engineer at Danske Bank and as a Project Manager at Junior Entreprise EPFL.

Mourad Karib completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Data Science from IT-Universitetet i København from the year 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued Mathematics at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Mourad holds additional certifications in various fields, including DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer Specialization, Sequences, Time Series and Prediction with TensorFlow, Predicting House Prices with Regression using TensorFlow, Text Generation with Markov Chains in Python, and Web Development 5 days challenge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) from institutions such as Coursera and Code Institute.
