Martin Hegelund

Martin Hegelund is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the fintech and digital services sectors. As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Ageras since January 2012, Martin has played a key role in developing a comprehensive financial hub utilized by over 300,000 small businesses across Europe. In addition to this, Martin serves on the Supervisory Board of Shine, a fintech acquired by Ageras in 2024, and owns Hegelund Media, a network of websites in various industries. Martin is an active investor in Nordic startups through The Nordic Web Ventures and has invested in businesses like cleancult and Statum. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Meneto and interim CEO of Billy Regnskabsprogram, showcasing a strong background in areas such as automated accounting and legal services. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School.
