Cheryl Brooks

Cheryl Brooks, PhD, is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in health care management, educational programs, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Title I Learning Lab Instructor at Biloxi Public Schools since August 2011, Cheryl excels in implementing computerized instruction for students in grades 2-5 and conducting staff training. Previous roles include Education Director at JaBez Educational Center, where Cheryl developed and monitored educational curricula, and Marketing Director at AMV Productions, focusing on community outreach and talent promotion. Cheryl's background also includes executive leadership positions in health care services, enhancing operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Cheryl holds a PhD in Health Care Administration and a Master’s in Health Care Management from Ashley University, along with certifications in executive leadership.
