Stefan Hesselgren

Stefan Hesselgren has extensive experience in leadership and operational management, currently serving as a Styrelseledamot at Trafikverket Förarprov since June 2022 and as COO at Bilprovningen since January 2002. In the COO role, Stefan oversees the operational management of Bilprovningen's 100 stations and 500 employees, handling a revenue of 800 MSEK, while strategically contributing to the management team and developing the operational organization. Previous positions include HR Chef and Region Chef for Stockholm, Östergötland & Gotland at Bilprovningen, as well as roles in executive positions in various organizations such as Almega and Diversity Charter Sweden. Stefan holds multiple diplomas in leadership, HR, and management from recognized institutions, enhancing expertise in human resources and organizational development.
