Dominic Lammert has a solid background in brand management and marketing. Dominic started their career at HEINZ KETTLER GmbH und Co. KG in 2013, where they worked as a Product Management Sports and later became a Global Marketing Manager. In 2016, they joined the bilstein group as a Brand Manager, and eventually advanced to the role of Divisional Manager and Divisional Director Global Brand Management.

Dominic Lammert holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in General Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Dominic obtained this degree from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Sports Management from Ruhr University Bochum between 2010 and 2013.
