Carl Miller

Carl Miller, M. Eng, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Procurement at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers, where responsibilities include directing the sourcing of goods and services, overseeing purchasing and supplier management, and ensuring efficiency in procurement processes. Previous roles include Production Unit Leader and Program Manager at BILSTEIN, Project & Process Engineer at Mubea, and Engineering and IT Consultant for their own firm. As the owner and manager of Miller Boy's Daylilies, Carl has transformed a family hobby into a thriving business with over 350 varieties of daylilies. Educationally, Carl holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
