Greg Hetzel is an experienced operations and program manager with a strong background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Program Manager at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers since January 2021, Greg oversees defense operations. Previously, as an Area District Manager at Rentokil Initial from February 2017 to June 2020, Greg led a diverse team to enhance service quality and profitability. Greg's military career as a U.S. Army Officer from August 2001 to October 2016 includes significant roles such as Program Manager for the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle and Ground Combat Vehicle programs, along with various leadership positions managing large teams and multimillion-dollar contracts. Greg holds a Master’s degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Northern Kentucky University.
