Matthew Kollstedt is an experienced supply chain and program management professional with a strong background in the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Business Manager at Silfex, Inc. since November 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Aftermarket Project Buyer at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers, where effective negotiation and sourcing process improvements were implemented. Earlier career achievements include managing product launches for OE customers at ADVICS NA, significantly increasing sales through new product introductions, and contributing to product development projects at Porsche Engineering Services. Matthew's extensive experience spans various engineering and management roles, starting as a Dimensional Engineer at Dimensional Control Systems and culminating in diverse project leadership across prominent companies. Matthew holds a degree from Ohio University.
