Dixon Lamb

Dixon Lamb is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bilt Rewards since October 2024. Previously, Dixon worked at Juniper Creates, where as a Staff Software Engineer, Dixon acted as a technical leader and led a small team overseeing the implementation of cross-functional projects. Dixon's contributions included designing a high-performing storefront rendering service and enhancing CI/CD processes. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Amazon, where Dixon improved video playback capabilities on Prime Video, led talent retention initiatives, and played a key role in the development of Kindle products. Additional experience includes work as an Information Systems Security Analyst at Skagit Regional Health and as a Software Developer at the WWU Student Technology Center. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Washington University.
