Kate Faxon

Kate Faxon currently serves as Senior Director of Loyalty & Partnerships at Bilt Rewards, having progressed through various roles, including Director and Senior Manager positions since November 2021. Prior to this, Kate held several roles at American Express from December 2018 to November 2021, culminating as Senior Manager of Premium Product Innovation, where responsibilities included serving as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of US Premium Products. Earlier experience includes positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Kate worked as an Analyst in Sales & Trading and completed a summer internship in Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey. Kate began their career with a marketing internship at Hearst Magazines. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Peace & Conflict Studies and Economics from Colgate University, complemented by a study abroad program in Denmark.
