Molly Esemplare

From 2012 to 2013, Molly (Cheslin) Esemplare worked as a College Ambassador/Social Media employee at Jetaport. In 2013, they interned as a Strategy Intern at Havas Media. From 2014 to 2014, they worked as an Investment Management Marketing Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Molly then worked as an Asset Management Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Compass, starting as a Senior Associate Mergers & Acquisitions and progressing to roles such as Strategic Growth Manager, Director of Strategic Growth, and Regional Director of Strategic Growth. Since 2023, they have been working as the Senior Director of Alliance Growth at Bilt Rewards.

Molly (Cheslin) Esemplare obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, graduating in 2015. Molly also briefly attended Comillas Pontifical University in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field. Prior to their university education, Molly attended Andover High School from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as Next Generation Leaders | Certificate of Completion from Compass in 2022, Series 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2016, Series 7 also from FINRA in 2015, and Microsoft Excel Certified from Microsoft in 2011.
