Joakim Plato

Joakim Plato currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of IT Development at Biltema, starting in November 2023. Previously, Joakim co-founded CapaSense and held the position of CEO from June 2022 to January 2024. Joakim spent 16 years at Trelleborg Group, where responsibilities included Head of Group Digital Services, driving internal digital transformation and managing a global team across Sweden and India. Joakim's earlier roles include Manager of Group Web Services at Trelleborg and System Architect at both Consignit and IKEA IT. Joakim holds a degree from Lund University, completed in 1999.
