Monique Aal

Monique Aal has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical and biological sectors, currently serving as QA Operations Manager at Bilthoven Biologicals since June 2012, with previous roles as a senior and QA Compliance Officer. Monique's career began as a Research Technician at ID-DLO and Fort Dodge Animal Health, progressing to Bioprocess Developer at Solvay Pharmaceuticals. Monique also held the title of QA Compliance Officer at NVI and coordinated polio and MMR vaccine production. Monique holds a degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Hogeschool IJsselland and completed HAVO at Scholengemeenschap Holten, along with vocational education in laboratory techniques.
