David May

David May is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Biltmore Farms since January 2025, David previously held the position of President & COO at Hillman Beer from February 2022 to January 2025. Additional roles include Senior Director of Hospitality & Lodging at Nantahala Outdoor Center and Director of Food and Beverage at both The Westin Portland Harborview and The Omni Grove Park Inn. David began a successful career as Director of Operations at Ruth's Chris Steak House and continued as General Manager at Steak and Ale. David holds an MBA from Clemson University and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
