Additional roles include Senior Director of Hospitality & Lodging at Nantahala Outdoor Center and Director of Food and Beverage at both The Westin Portland Harborview and The Omni Grove Park Inn. David began a successful career as Director of Operations at Ruth's Chris Steak House and continued as General Manager at Steak and Ale. David holds an MBA from Clemson University and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
